We are looking to automate our Clio invoicing process through a possible integration with Excel via Zapier.

I would also like to add recurring time entries the 1st of each month. I then have to go in and manually push a button to generate each bill, so trying to see if that can be automated as well.

The invoice needs to be generated with something like a Google Sheets template or Airtable and the fields should be populated with data from the Clio API.

The expert should have working knowledge of Zapier’s webhooks features since some of the steps we need to get data are not on the native Zapier integration.

I have JSON data that I need to fetch on a schedule. I need to parse the JSON data into an AirTable or maybe Tableau for Invoicing and Reporting.

The data is from a shipping and fulfillment business. I need to tally up thousands of shipments I fulfilled for each customer over the week and generate invoices to send them. I’d also like to view reports on this data and run analytics and charting etc. in the future if possible.

I’m not sure if AirTable or Tableau is the better solution, or perhaps you have another suggestion?

We need a Webflow expert to setup our CMS to allow users to fill out the form to submit a profile which sends admin and them emails about awaiting approval. Then after approval (we use Memberstack), the profile is published live and they enter their backend.

Some of this requires Memberstack setup, but that part is done.

Further – we need to retain this person to build out the backend LMS – video sections etc…

My client is a fitness trainer that runs a monthly membership. She has 7+ available classes every week that members can attend. As a member, you have access to any and all classes. She wants to set up a signup form for members to configure their reminder settings. (Be sent reminder text/email 15 min before class). Since there are so many classes, members need to be able to pick and choose which ones they’ll be reminded off (while still having access to any they choose not to be reminded of). Hoping to have a members only video conference room for all classes (so no paying people can’t join), as well as a way for members to access the current schedule and change reminder settings whenever they want.

It‚Äôs a $25/month membership. Currently setup through paypal with automatic payments for current members. Open to any and all solutions to getting this setup. She currently uses zoom to host the classes (and just uses her general meeting room, having to vet joinees as they show up…)

I worked on setting up automations one send in blue so all email copy, text copy, etc is in there already for you to pull if we choose to switch platforms.

We’re looking for a custom automation that pulls data from Credit Repair Cloud into Cardnox and creates and sends a recurring bill automatically.

We’re looking to use the affiliate field in Credit Repair Cloud to set the affiliate name and rate, then match that or send that data to Cardknox. We would want every transaction that’s tied to an affiliate to collect into an outgoing payment that automatically sends the affiliate their commission at the end of every month.
